Pony Party
We do Pony Parties!
Have your child’s birthday party with a pony! We can bring
our pony (or ponies) to your place, or you can bring your party to
us.
If you have your party at our place, we’ll provide the cake.
We can also provide hot dogs, chips, soda, decorations, clean up
for a just a little extra.
West End Equestrian Center is having a Summer Day Camp for 2008
June 16-20 ~ June 23-27 ~ June 30 to July 4 ~ July 7-11
July 14-18 ~July 21-25 ~July 28 to August 1
Our
Day Camp is an all day horse program for children 5 to 16 years
old to learn about horses and ponies.- Our
campers ride for at least two hours each day. Our morning ride
is a group lesson where riders learn and practice basic to advanced
riding skills. The afternoon ride is more informal – we
may play games or take a trail ride and we practice what was learned
in the morning.
- In
addition to these rides, all activities are horse related. Classes
include Safety, Grooming, Tack, Horse Anatomy, Horse Colors,
Horse Breeds, Stable Management and other general knowledge topics.
- Each
Friday will end in a show for the kids to show off what they
learned.
- Parents should
send children with a lunch or money for pizza.

schedule:
9:00 – review
of safety rules
9:30 – 12:30 – groups
9:30 to 11:00 – group 1 rides; group 2 has non-riding lesson
11:00 to 12:30 – group 2 rides, group 1 has non-riding
lesson
12:30 – 1:00 lunch
1:00 – crafts
2:00 – horse games
4:00 to 5:00 – clean up
All day camp 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. $250 per week
Half days are available (9:00 to 12:30) for $200 per week
Bring your own horse or pony: $325 per week
